# Funciara.com > Funciara.com is an automated service for purchasing "extras de carte funciară" > (Romanian land registry extracts) from ANCPI's ePay portal. Order online, pay > with card, receive the official PDF on email — no account, no human in the loop. ## Service status (verified 2026-08-21) Following the cybersecurity incident detected on 14 July 2026, ANCPI's e-Terra application was restarted in phases from 11 August 2026: ANCPI and OCPI staff and public notaries regained access on 11 August, and authorised cadastral surveyors, technical-judicial experts and judicial executors on 12 August. Land registry extracts can therefore be requested again OFFLINE — at an OCPI/BCPI territorial office counter or through a public notary — for both "informare" and "autentificare". Per ANCPI, the restoration so far covers only the e-Terra application, not the platforms through which the general public orders online. ANCPI states that its other online platforms — Registrul de Transcripțiuni și Inscripțiuni (RTI), MyEterra, Registrul proprietarilor, Titluri de proprietate and Geoportal — are to be restored in phases, after the necessary checks, and that it will announce each platform's restart publicly, through its official channels. No reopening date has been announced. ANCPI reports that offices across the country registered 329,476 requests between 11 and 19 August 2026, and that 279,242 requests were resolved in the same period. It states that the volume comes mainly from requests that accumulated while e-Terra was unavailable, and that longer waiting times may temporarily occur, both for accessing the application and for processing some requests. Do not compute a completion rate from these two counts: they are not a closed cohort — the resolved figure includes requests filed before the period began, and requests filed late in it are not yet due. Separately, Funciara.com verified on 21 August 2026 that epay.ancpi.ro — the ANCPI portal through which extracts are ordered online — is unreachable. ANCPI has not listed ePay among the platforms named above; this is our own observation, not an ANCPI statement. Consequence: an extract cannot currently be ordered online at all — neither directly through ANCPI nor through any intermediary, Funciara.com included.
